Help define my link categories.

You might have noticed the link in the right-hand column of this weblog’s layout that says “The Ugly”. I’m planning on collecting links there to interesting reading, and in two other such categories called (predictably) “The Good” and “The Bad”. I want to collect all three of those as subcategories of another higher-order category, much as I’ve done with “Online Publication Credits” as a subcategory of “Resume/CV”.

What I need from you is ideas and help with classification. I need a name for the category in which those three will rest, and I need to know in which category I should list a link to the Linux is Not Windows essay.

So. Ideas? Suggestions? Blah?

  1. How about “Blondie”.

And “Ugly”, based on subject matter.

  2. Blondie? Like the singer?

  3. No, like Clint Eastwood’s character in The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly: see summary

  4. I think I’d rather use a term that describes the purpose of the page than the name of a person/character, much as it would be amusing to use “Blondie” as the name.
